Friday freebie - digi stamp - Armchair

Hello all! Welcome to the Friday Freebie this week.
As I mentioned last week - JULY is "Miscellaneous Month"
And to kick start the random... we have an armchair.
I know its odd - but this is my favourite "Friday Freebie" to date.
There is something very comforting about the image - I loved drawing it and hope you like it too!
I have included 3 options (in both JPG & PNG format)
One blue, one cream/green and one outline.

Without further ado -I am excited to show you what the CT did this week.
Caroline used the blue chair to make this card - I love it - matching the muted reds and blues with papers and scallop papers - cute! Perfect for when you need a slightly more masculine occasion card - retirement, or birthday - anything where the theme "Relax" comes to mind!
Lisa Hines rocked out this craft journal. She has made it to jot down favourite sketches, schedules, ideas etc etc - and - you will notice that she has included two previous freebies on the front - Nippy & Rach. Lisa says "It reminds me of my household with the cat & dog"
I think it is really beautiful and very clever.

And my lovely friend Leanne Inkpen played with us this week - making a layered card - with a cool printer technique....

As you can see - Leanne arranged the digi stamp in photo shop four times (for A4)- and with some reposition glue, attached some patterned paper to her paper before printing out the stamps. Which - is pure genius if you ask me! So - when it printed - she could cut the individual elements out *the pink wood grain cushion is my favourite!!!* and layer them up to create a 3D card. I love it! When you look at the card, and then look at the image below - it all becomes clear how to do it! I recommend trying it!

I made a card this week!
*ok ok.. pick yourselves up please its not THAT much of a shock - is it?*
I wanted to make an card in the style of an easel card.
So, I took a normal square card - folded the top in half and created the card element on the folded side.

I made some little 3D books to compliment the theme of the chair.
And- it still folds flat for posting. (when you let go, it almost pops up again - which is cute)

I love the overall look of the card - and think I will no doubt do more like it in the future!
So - onto the main event...

Thank you to all of you who leave me comments of thanks - some of you leave me comments every week and it makes me smile a lot knowing that you like the freebies!

Thank you, thank you! I love your freebies, they are always different and fun. This one is the best. Yesterday I had to take my grey and white kitty of 16 years to the vet and say good-bye. It was the hardest thing I have EVER done and broke my heart. She loved to perch on the back of the love seat in front of the window. There is her own little 'dip' in the top of it. To see a grey kitty perched on the top of a chair this morning did my heart good. Thank you!!!
